Roofweiler values its users' privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website, use our mobile application, or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Roofweiler of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy standards.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. If at any point in time Roofweiler decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email.

This Policy applies to Roofweiler and governs any and all data collection and usage by us across our website (roofweiler.com) and our iOS mobile application ("Roofweiler App").

Roofweiler iOS App — Mobile Data Collection

The Roofweiler iOS app allows homeowners and customers to request window and roofing quotes, track their project status, and view invoices. To deliver these features, the app collects the following information:

• Email address — used to send you a sign-in code and to link your quotes and project records to your account. Stored securely on our servers.
• Name, phone number, and property address — collected when you submit a quote request. Used to prepare and deliver your estimate.
• Photos — photos you take or upload of your windows or property are sent to Roofweiler's secure servers and used exclusively to prepare your quote and document project work. Photos are not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
• Camera access — the app uses your iPhone camera and LiDAR sensor (on supported devices) to measure window openings. Camera data is processed on-device and not stored unless you submit a quote.

None of the above data is used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used for cross-app tracking. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Roofweiler's secure CRM system.

Account removal: To request removal of your Roofweiler account and login credentials, email info@roofweiler.com with subject line "Delete My Account." We will remove your login credentials within 30 days. Job records and project documentation associated with your property may be retained as required for business, warranty, and legal purposes.

Specifically, this Policy will inform you of the following

1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through our website and app;
2. Why we collect personally identifiable information and the legal basis for such collection;
3. How we use the collected information and with whom it may be shared;
4. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data; and

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services. This website and app collect various types of information, such as:

RoofWeiler may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request.

RoofWeiler uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within RoofWeiler's control.

RoofWeiler's website and app are not directed to, and do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website or app.

By consenting to RoofWeiler's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of RoofWeiler through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with RoofWeiler. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptance of Terms
