A loose seal around a roof pipe is a small repair when someone spots it on a dry day. After it leaks, it's a stained ceiling, wet insulation and a bigger bill.
What happens on your yearly visit
A roofer working with Roofweiler comes to your home and does five things:
Walks the whole roof. Checks the shingles or tiles, flashing, valleys, vents and the seals around pipes.
Checks the underside from your attic, if it's safe to reach.
Clears loose debris from valleys and roof drains.
Sends you a photo report: what we checked and what we found. Anything that needs work is quoted on the spot at member pricing (10% off) and billed separately, only if you approve it.
Gives you a signed roof condition statement on request, once a year. It describes what we observed. You can share it with your insurer; insurers decide whether to accept it.
No sales pitch on your roof. If something needs work, you get a written price and decide on your own time.

Discounts don't stack: a gutter package already includes its discount. A one-time add-on is billed only after you approve it. A recurring package renews with your plan.

Questions people ask
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, before your renewal date. Cancel online through the link in your reminder, by email to info@roofweiler.com, or by phone or text to (954) 787-3535. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current year isn't refunded, and you keep your visits for that year.
What isn't included?
Repairs and materials. If we find something that needs work, we quote it on the spot at member pricing (10% off) and bill it separately, only if you approve it. Roof Care is a maintenance and inspection service, not insurance or a warranty, and we don't promise to fix any roof failure. We also don't fill out or sign wind mitigation or 4-point forms.
What if my roof can't be maintained?
We'll tell you plainly, with photos. If that's what your first inspection finds, we refund the $299 plan fee. The $149 covers the inspection, and the report is yours. If it needs a repair, you get a written price. If it needs replacing, you can price a new roof yourself online, no salesman.
Does the plan move with my house?
Yes, for the rest of your plan year. Send us the buyer's name and contact information; once they sign the plan terms, the plan is theirs. We stop charging your card at closing, and the buyer adds their own card to keep the plan going.
When is my visit?
The day after you pay your first invoice, we email you a link to pick the day. You choose any open weekday that works for you, and each year we send a new link.
What happens after a storm?
After a declared storm that affects your county, members get priority scheduling for a roof check, and you get our photos and report. Roof Care is maintenance. It isn't insurance and doesn't cover storm damage.
How does renewal work?
Your plan renews automatically every year at the then-current price, charged to the card you provide with your first payment, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 30 to 60 days before each renewal with the date, the amount and a link to cancel. Cancel anytime before the renewal date: online through that link, by email to info@roofweiler.com, or by phone or text to (954) 787-3535. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current year isn't refunded. Your first payment is still by invoice after you sign, and nothing is charged until you sign the agreement and pay that first invoice.
Do I need this plan to keep my home's roof warranty?
We don't sell it that way. Roof Care doesn't replace or change any manufacturer or workmanship warranty; those stay as written. Check your warranty's own terms. The plan's job is simpler: catch small problems while they're small.
Will someone try to sell me something on the visit?
No. The roofer checks the roof, clears debris and leaves. If something needs work, it's in your report with a written price. You decide if and when.
