Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, before your renewal date. Cancel online through the link in your reminder, by email to info@roofweiler.com, or by phone or text to (954) 787-3535. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current year isn't refunded, and you keep your visits for that year.
How does renewal work?
Your plan renews automatically every year at the then-current price, charged to the card you provide with your first payment, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 30 to 60 days before each renewal with the date, the amount and a link to cancel. Cancel anytime before the renewal date: online through that link, by email to info@roofweiler.com, or by phone or text to (954) 787-3535. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current year isn't refunded. Your first payment is still by invoice after you sign, and nothing is charged until you sign the agreement and pay that first invoice.
Will a plan keep my commercial roof warranty in good standing?
Many commercial manufacturer warranties, including JM, Carlisle and CertainTeed, call for documented inspections at least twice a year. Plus and Premier give you two or four dated inspections a year, with a log in the format the manufacturer asks for. Care is one visit a year, so it doesn't meet a twice-a-year requirement. The manufacturer alone decides whether its conditions are met, so check your warranty's terms and tell us about them in your request.
Will someone try to sell me something on the visit?
No. The roofer checks the roof, clears debris and leaves. If something needs work, it's in your report with a written price. You decide if and when.

Roof Care is a maintenance and inspection service. It is not insurance or a warranty, and we don't promise to fix any roof failure. Repairs and materials are never included; anything we find is quoted and billed separately. Your plan renews automatically each year until you cancel.
