1. Services Description

RoofWeiler is a Florida-licensed roofing contractor providing residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to roof replacement, roof repair, metal roofing, tile roofing, shingle roofing, stone-coated steel roofing, impact windows and doors, Solatube daylighting systems, and related construction services throughout South Florida.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided through this Site, by phone, or in person are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection and may vary based on actual conditions, materials, scope of work, and other factors discovered during the assessment. A binding agreement is formed only upon the execution of a written contract signed by both parties.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments for inspections, estimates, and project work are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments; however, schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@roofweiler.com or by calling our office. Cancellation policies specific to contracted work will be outlined in your signed contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress payments, and final payment schedules, will be specified in your signed contract. RoofWeiler accepts various forms of payment as outlined at the time of contract execution. Financing options may be available through third-party providers and are subject to credit approval and the terms of the financing provider. RoofWeiler is not a lender and makes no guarantees regarding financing approval or terms.

5. Licensing and Insurance

RoofWeiler is a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor, License #CCC1337426. We maintain all required insurance coverage, including general liability and workers' compensation insurance, as required by the State of Florida. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Warranty coverage for completed work consists of two components:

• Manufacturer Warranties: Roofing materials and products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Terms, duration, and coverage vary by manufacturer and product. RoofWeiler will assist in filing manufacturer warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
• Workmanship Warranty: RoofWeiler provides a workmanship warranty on labor performed. The specific terms and duration of the workmanship warranty will be detailed in your signed contract.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ROOFWEILER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. PROJECT TIMELINES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. ACTUAL COMPLETION DATES MAY VARY DUE TO WEATHER, PERMITTING, MATERIAL AVAILABILITY, AND OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, ROOFWEILER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ROOFWEILER UNDER THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of RoofWeiler or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
