Delete your Roofweiler account

You can delete your Roofweiler app account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open the Roofweiler app and sign in.
2. Tap the account icon at the top right.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

By email

If you can't sign in, email info@roofweiler.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from the email address or with the phone number on your account. We complete these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

We delete your sign-in, your notifications and the phones signed in to it. You stop following any project, and if you're on a crew, you come off its list.

We keep your contact details and the records we need for contracts, warranties and taxes, like quotes, invoices and job photos. If you sign in again later, you start a new account that can still show those records.
